About my Design Work!

Graphic design is the process of visual communication and problem-solving through the use of typography, photography, and illustration. As a Graphic Designer I can create visual concepts, using computer software (such as Adobe CC) or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the consumers. I have experience developing the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, and magazines.

As a Graphic Designer I work with both text and images. Often selecting the type, font, size, color, and line length of headlines, headings, and text. Along with deciding how images and text will go together in print or on a webpage, including how much space each will have. When using text in layouts, I collaborate with others to decide whether the layout will be put in paragraphs, lists, or tables. Through the use of images, text, and color, I transform data into visual graphics and diagrams to make complex ideas more accessible. It is also important to note that I do keep up to date with software and computer technologies in order to remain competitive and keep my skills sharp!

Logo Development Examples!

Displayed to the right are logo examples that have been finalized for clients. Each logo was carefully sketched out then scanned into Adobe CC software where an exact tracing of the Sketch was created. Logo’s then go through a colorization process that is defined by the client. Detail is key in designing these logo’s, making sure to inspect every aspect of the logo before even sending a proof! Logo’s Displayed Below:

  • Dan Jay Solutions
  • Pristine Detailing
  • Destructive E-Sports
  • Rithm School
  • Kingdom Fit
  • The Way Church
  • Southern Defense Products

Illustration Examples!

Provided to the left are illustration examples. The first (Dalek Invasion) was mainly a practice illustration done in Adobe illustrator. Each panel of the Daleks was drawn individually including all the mesh lines in the head area. Beside that is a decal that I had worked on for my personal car. This was created by first drawing out the mustang logo, then scanning it into again illustrator and retracing the scanned image.
